The deluxe versions were beautifully put together with extended artwork, extra notes, documentaries and of course high resolution 5.1 audio. Alan was drafted in as consultant for the 5.1 mixes to make sure that the whole re-mastering procedure extracted the very best quality. The DVDs include the documentaries with interviews and extras which give a fascinating insight into the making of the original albums.
These SACDs have all now been discontinued and re-issued as standard CDs rather than super audio discs. As such, they are well worth getting a hold of.
